Pros (+) Price was fair for the offering, economical.
Cons (-) Room checked in was not the room booked (double vs booked queen). Said that rooms can change, based on demand, etc, but that's the point of booking a room in advance - so this was a bunk excuse. Hair dryer was broken, no ironing board but had an iron.
