Pros: Wow! Literally THE perfect bed and breakfast stay we've ever had! It's not very often you can say the best part of your stay was the hosts, Pam & Dennis, but they were amazing! Incredibly welcoming, had homemade cookies waiting for us in the room when we arrived, the room itself was perfect, has everything you need, lovely clean bathroom, comfortable bed and cable TV and the most stunning views of Garden Bay. Also when we first arrived Pam & Dennis' recommendations for restaurants, local things to do and hikes were perfect, we managed go on a quick hike on our first night and caught an amazing sunset, then their next recommendation was also a stunning walk which blew us away, also they arranged a little surprise for me when we got back from a day out for my birthday, which was so sooo lovely! Then there's the hot tub which was a brilliant way to spend the evening looking over the bay, also the breakfasts Pam & Dennis made us each morning was everything you would need to start a day on the Sunshine Coast, really varied and balanced and not your standard fry ups, you actually come away feeling really good afterwards, we looked forward to them every morning! But mainly you'll just enjoy sitting up in the kitchen, eating those amazing breakfasts and hanging out with Pam and Dennis, honestly I can't recommend staying here enough, thanks guys, good luck with everything in the future!!!
Cons: Not a single criticism! Perfect! Above and beyond!!

Pros: Pam & Dennis are the most enjoyable couple of hosts we have ever had the pleasure meeting. They are truly interested in making your visit to the sunshine coast a memorable one and surpassed our expectations by a long shot. Their breakfast are worthy of the quality and selection you will find at some of the best resorts. We will recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you both! M & M

7.5 Good
Pros: The resort was beautiful, especially if you are looking for a remote getaway on the sunshine coast. It was easy to find, and very relaxing to be in a place that was really peaceful. It was great having a full kitchen because there aren't really any restaurants around so cooking is a big part of your stay (which we love to do so it was great).
Cons: When you are paying $500 a night, I think I expected certain things to be a bit more updated or higher quality. When you go to most lovely resorts nowadays, they think of the little details that make your stay better. For example, when we asked for clean towels on our 3rd day, the cleaning people came and dropped off the towels but didn't remove any of the dirty ones so we had a large pile of wet towels on our bathroom floor for the remainder of our trip (and they didn't make the bed or do any other cleaning), the products in the bathroom were standard, whereas lots of places upgrade to really nice products, the salt and pepper came in those mini packets instead of having a proper shaker or grinder etc and finally, nowadays it is standard that bedding is white so that you can see it is clean and fresh. The bedding in our suite was dark brown which just always makes me question how clean it is (brown hides a multitude of sins). This would be considered more normal at a place where you aren't paying top dollar to stay but I expected more of those little details to be considered when you are paying $500 a night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The villa itself was very beautiful. Be aware of noise levels though only because in the villas there are people above or below you depending on which villa you are in!
Cons: We had complaints about noise very early in the night which was a little frustrating as it was a holiday and only around 8 o’clock. I would say it is more for relaxing then for fun
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Just being able to relax and not worrying about going any where!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, nice facilities for a relaxing getaway. Spa services and restaurant were lovely too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great view !
7.1 Good
Pros: The kitchen was well equipped and we had a very nice weeks stay. Kids loved the pool. It was super nice having the spa and massage onsite.
Cons: That the restaurant didn’t accommodate making food for us to bring back to our villa , as they were too busy at that time in the restaurant. Would have been nice to have a cafe or somewhere we could take the kids onsite for a family meal - if that’s ever on the cards
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great night away we will definitely be back.
Cons: Leaving lol

Pros: They upgraded us to a waterfront room even though I got a discount rate. Truly beautiful property and great location to excursions and hikes. I highly recommend Princess Louisa Inlet cruise.
7.1 Good
Pros: The view.
Cons: The rooms were a bit pedestrian. One must be fairly mobile as there are lots of stairs. Cannot park near room. Need a few more serving staff in the restaurant. Need to actually have the house wine, or change the drink menu.

Pros: How clean and quiet it was. The manager was very friendly and easy to talk with.
Cons: A coffee and donut shop nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This venue was fabulous. Had the waterfront studio. It was amazing. Loved the deck and the BBQ and the views were amazing. Kitchenette was very well equipped. This is like having a waterfront condo all to yourself. Its simple but clean and comfortable. Lots of windows and views. for rainy days and fantastic amount of plug ins on both sides of the bed. Had my first T-Bone in a long time on that BBQ and ate breakfast on the sunny deck as well. I came here to do some writing for work and it was a great retreat, The wireless was fine on my PC but seemed to come and go on my iPad, but nothing serious. I'm guessing this unit is likely the farthest away from the router. Being a boat fan, I really enjoyed being right on the marina with dozens of boats to see. Tons of invertebrates on the Wharfs. Barnacles, Sea Squirts, Sponges, Anenomes, Starfish. Lots of ducks and I think I saw one seal stick his head up. The bed was super comfy although a bit soft and low to the ground for getting out of in the morning. Not that I ever wanted to leave this place. The IGA in Madeira Bay is very nice and likely the best place for groceries on the way to this venue. Suggest making reservations on the ferry and watching your time. I would allow 2 hours to get back to the ferry to Vancouver as the road is narrow and twisty and i can see where it would get jammed up with traffic at times. Very enjoyable drive though.
Cons: These are really minor nits, but I would suggest they add is some coat hooks here and there and near the door - there is no closet or place to hang clothes. Bigger bars of soap and some shampoo would be nice. I neglected to bring these but found some nearby at John Henry's General Store on the other side of the harbour.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cabin 12 was fantastic for my family. It was wonderful for an adult family. The hot tub was very fun for all of us. Th BBQ and kitchen were fantastic to create in.
Cons: Everything was wonderful. Just remind everyone to bring there shampoo and condition.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cottage was excellent - good facilities and comfortable. Nice view. Owner Was very courteous and helpful . Hired the boat and it was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Being happy with my siblings, it was wonderful to be able to be in an environment where no one was in charge. A beautiful setting, with all the comfortable feeling of a home environment. Everything was wonderful.
Cons: Me, I was somewhat not well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place i stayed at was a two queen bed motel room, with a fully equipped kitchen. there's two fridges available, with a private bathroom attached to it. Over at the balcony, you get a good view of the Garden Bay lake and its surroundings. It's a relaxing break from the hustle of the city. At night, it's dark enough to gaze up at the stars.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The picture of the cabin we booked was the one next to us. It was much newer. The cabin we got was old and somewhat updated. Was fine not what we thought. The host was charming and the hot tub on the deck overlooking the harbour was worth the price. Would recommend this resort.

Pros: The cottage was cute and had everything we needed.

Pros: Great location Ample and free firewood Office staff were awesome Great coffee
Cons: The Bed was ok but blankets thin in our Yurt. Heaters were insufficient and interior had mold. Bathroom not heated at all and showers were poor, did not drain.
