Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with their stay due to ongoing renovations, poor service, cleanliness issues, and a pool in bad condition. Many reviewers mentioned that facilities such as the pool, restaurant, and lobby were closed or in disrepair, and that the staff was unprofessional or overwhelmed. Breakfast and food options were also criticized for being limited and not worth the price. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location near the beach and the spacious rooms with sea views.
