Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near LAX and local attractions, as well as the overall cleanliness and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection received positive remarks, though a few guests noted it could be improved. Friendly staff and secure parking were also highlighted. Pros (+) Very professional and accommodating staff.
Cons (-) Bed linens were itchy.
Pros (+) Great rooms with comfortable needs and pillows. Also had nice bathrooms and soundproofing! Good fitness room as well.
Cons (-) The pool is seriously tiny and they do not have a hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but not much to write home about - you can make waffles, but the eggs/omelets are premade.
Pros (+) Efforts to please, room layout, bath counter space and shower, breakfast, shuttle to airport
Pros (+) Good location, close to restaurants.
Cons (-) No many options for someone who has allergies. But at least you had soy milk.
Pros (+) Close to the airport ...
Cons (-) Very busy at the breakfast...
Pros (+) They had a nice breakfast, clean rooms, good internet. Easy check in and out. Airport shuttle
Cons (-) We had to wait a bit for the shuttle, it is a little confusing because the name of the Hotel is on the side and the shuttle also goes to a parking garage. But it worked and we got there!
