Check in staff was friendly, room was modern, breakfast was wonderful, and we felt safe even when checking in late at night. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Tim at the front desk was so helpful, going above and beyond to offer suggestions and solve problems. In fact, everyone was wonderful. The fact that you were willing to secure our luggage as we explored the area after checking out, and scheduling an airport shuttle, made our last full day a worry free and easier day. Thank you.

So convenient and staff were excellent. Gym was great and indoor pool was small but sufficient. Breakfast had a great selection and lots of areas to chill out and relax. Double queen room was great for a family of 4 and bathroom was modern and clean. Location perfect for visiting Manhattan Beach area plus easy access to freeways for universal/ Getty etc. Underground parking easy with lifts straight into hotel. All very easy.

Hotel shuttle was convenient, short drive from LAX. Front desk staff was awesome, Flight Deck's staff was friendly despite the late hour, we ordered at 10:15p and they close at 10:30p, pepperoni pizza passed the kid's taste test, the LAX burger and Ballast Point sculpin passed mine. Morning breakfast had numerous options, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, fruits, coffee, different juices. Most of all, the spacious room and bathroom was great.

The bathroom door together with the closet is the same,it’s not comfortable , no privacy.
