Cons (-) The staff could have been a lot better. After having to wait 30 minutes because their system was down they gave poor customer service. I had a couple of friends meet me because we were all attending a festival and I was taking long because of the wait. The staff tried to add more people to my reservation for an extra cost before even asking me if they were staying the night. I find it to be very p...
