Cons (-) -Room was dirty -Inattentive staff ( no acknowledgment when entered or left) -Noisy -Bed/pillow very uncomfortable -Bathroom was disgusting!
Pros (+) It's quite and they are okay with my pet.
Cons (-) My key will only work one time and then only one key working. They have to re-program, the second time I did not make them re-program again itherwise instead of changing one key they have to change both.
Pros (+) We've stayed at quite a few hotels recently, and while this one wasn't the most up to date, there were a few things that were good. First, the AC unit didn't rattle all night long like others and actually kept the room quite cool. Second, the bed was pretty comfy, at least for me, and I slept better there than most of the hotels we've stayed in recently.
Cons (-) The only down point was the room smelled musty and of stale cigarette smoke when we first entered, but we ran the bathroom fan in conjunction with the AC, and it helped.
