Great rooms, great staff, great location and great food. Would definitely return but for longer
We arrived in very trying circumstances with the corona virus, although we wanted to stay we decided to cut our stay short by one day, the hotel staff were very understanding in such a hellish time, they only charged us for one night, so a big thank you to the young Australian girl on Reception
The hotel is nice and we were very happy with the lodge and room.
The dining/ breakfast area was not very inviting and the staff seemed overworked.
Staff were brill and the evening meal really tasty. Rooms really nice and well appointed, room 123 has a cracking view across the Loch. Car park next door to the hotel and a great location for hitting the hills in Glencoe.
Room was comfortable and had a great view. The food was good as well.
Room service could have been better. None of the cups had been cleaned and tea and milk were not filled up. We had to ask for more toilet roll.
