Resort Wish Foz do Iguaçu

Great location for heading to Iguacu Falls the next day. And the staff were very helpful and polite to offer any information about the park and transportation. We stayed there for only one night but I wished if we stayed longer so that we can enjoy the hotel facilities a bit. Especially the sauna. Looks really good.

Drinks were not included in the price. We ordered 2 soft drinks and were asked to pay separately when dinner was already included in the price already. I wished there were notice or any kinds of heads up for that. As the waiters didn't speak English so it took us a few mins to figure out why we were stopped when we were leaving after dinner.

The hotel surroundings are quite stunning. The rooms are like small houses rather then apartments which is unique, has a good gym and sauna, several jacuzzis and a beautiful pool. The reservation restaurants make delicious food. I'd say this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and would stay again just wouldn't eat in the buffet restaurant. Often you stay at hotels that are 5 star but don't look or feel it - this is 5 stars and deserves it.

Everything was amazing just unfortunately the food in the buffet restaurant wasn't very good for dinner. Lunch was okay and breakfast was very good. But dinner gave us food poisoning and I think the food may have been left out for too long in the buffet or old ingredients used.

Location is great to visit the waterfalls. Hotel area is very large and has more a feeling like a condominium with houses. Great breakfast. It would be a hotel to stay for a few more days.

Nothing to mention. We stayed only one night and had a late night booking and checking.
