Pros: The room was comfortable.

Cons: There was a lot of noise through the night. Apart from the air conditioners, there was a banging sound - like a tree branch knocking the roof in the wind but there was no wind.

Cons: What a difference a day makes. Had a wonderful stay a week ago. Nice room, great food and very nice and efficient staff. This time, our stay was not that good. Old room with A/C not working. Food was a disaster and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. Hopefully it was just the wrong day.

Cons: A hose pipe was running none stop the full time of my stay. Workers outside the room. The toilet paper holder is positioned almost behind you so when seated on the toilet you have to be a contortionist to reach the paper. The parking was in the dirt and was wet due to water pipes leaking. Also the gum pole rails were in disrepair. The tables outside were very sticky on the edges and underside. The cushions were filthy.

Pros: The buffet was very good. Location is beautiful.

Cons: We could not bath due to the bathtub system that was broken. Breakfast was not that good.

Pros: The rooms, swimming pools and the gardens.

Cons: People from outside coming to use the pool and been confronted by the hotel security, not a nice scene to witness.

Pros: Not tasty but I understand the challenges with covid-19 where it is tough for businesses to go all out.

Cons: Very noisy. Parties going on. People in and out in the early hours of the morning. Showers are terrible, needs an upgrade.

Pros: Restuarant staff were amazing

Cons: No internet cor most of the stay and when confronted the owner he said it's not.his problem but Mascom. Room was noisy and not well cleaned and requested to move to another room.
