Pros (+) It was right on the beach, everyone spoke English. The dinner menu was good.
Cons (-) The white managers (Sue to be specific- operations manager) was horribly condescending and rude when we complained about the breakfast quality. She also verbally abused the black staff in front of us which was so rude and made us very uncomfortable.
