Very clean and very friendly staff and the location was perfect, walking distance to everything! I would definitely stay here again!
Parking is a little tight but the key is to back in to the parking spot and when traffic is heavy it’s kind of a pain to make a left turn but that is every where you go
Decent location. Friendly staff.
Beds had intentions in them. Horrible to get any sleep. Every time you try to turn over you roll into the hole
Very clean. Good location. Room was large.
Facility needs to be updated. The carpet in our room was very worn and frayed. Would be nice to add meat to breakfast.
The closeness to town, the housekeepers and house men were extremely nice
The front desk at check in was rude, we asked for extra towels at check in because we don't have our room serviced during a long term stay and she told us we didn't need extra towels since we hadn't even been to the room to see how many we already had. We ultimately did get towels, the houseman who brought the towels was exceptionally nice. We had to call down to the front desk our first night and the young lady gave me attitude then before the phone hung up she called me an idiot, I'm sure she didn't think I'd hear it but I did. The wifi didn't work in our room and when we questioned the same front desk lady she told me that it sometimes happens and to "deal with it" or I should have "gone to a better hotel" real classy. The water kept going hot to cold during showers. We could hear our neighbors fighting at all hours of the night and morning.
The location we as great. Within easy walking distance to all the shops and attractions.
I can think of only one complement for the complementary breakfast, it was complementary.
The Crossroads Inn and Suites is an incredible place to stay at in Gatlinburg; this hotel is located right in the Great Smoky Mountains and there is so much to do including lots of great hikes in this stunning area. There are also plenty of great amenities within the hotel including the pool – this pool is a great place for parents to take the kids if they have a little more energy, or you can work on your tan on the sundeck. There are other water elements as well, they are perfect for the kids to run around in. There is a free hot breakfast on site and you can also enjoy the fitness center – this place is perfect to stay on your routine despite being on vacation.
The rooms at the Crossroads Inn and Suites include the two queen beds, one king bed, one king bed jacuzzi suite, king bed loft suite, and the two bedroom apartment suite. There are also options in other rooms to have a jacuzzi and a fireplace – or both. All of the rooms are especially spacious and have great view of either the pool or the beautiful countryside. There are also flat panel televisions in the rooms that have access to hundreds of channels.
Staying at the Crossroads Inn and Suites is a fantastic way to spend time with the family in a beautiful mountain setting. There are a lot of different activities to do and the hotel is a great place to strengthen those bonds.
