Big room, comfortable bed. Close to Ghent Sint Piters railway station. Very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.
Rooms needs to be refreshed, floor covering was stained, bathroom was also not as clean as should be.

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in Belgium. It was renovated and everything working! It is located in front of the river, 10 minutes walk from the train Central station and 30 minutes walk from the Centrum.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything wrong about this hotel. My room was facing the back street and it was a little bit noisy during early morning.

The hotel is not so far from the tramway station but tramway tickets are 3€ for one way.
The stuff is awful. They have an automatical system on their room doors to open with carte but the battery of this system was that. We couldn't enter to our room for 20minutes. The reception guy doesn't know how their doors work. He opened the door after 20minutes and the door gave a very noisy signal till morning. We couldn't sleep. When i call the reception he told me that his collegues doesn't answer and he doesn't know what to do. We need to wait till morning. He didn't change our room neither. Then in the morning, we hear from his collegues that he never call them for help. No efforts done. And his collegue said "if he called me in midnight i would kill him." When i couldn't sleep i want to kill him too. I don't advise this hotel to anybody if you want to enjoy your journey!
