There is a big problem of food for Pakistanis and Indian there is no food of Pakistani and Indian type in it’s far from city I stayed there for 3 days and can’t eat food I eat only fruits and staff can’t understand English properly
Food was very good in the main canteen. Beautiful nature around.
Terrible service. Unprofessional and rude staff. Very bad food in la carte restaurants. All three of our children got injured at the VIP beach by glass or sharp metal objects in the sand. Extremely expensive villa we booked was located right next to the street with cars passing by. Room service takes HOURS. Clean floor? Forget about. Clean table at breakfast? Keep dreaming. Too much chlorine in the pool burns out your eyes. Bungalos for VIP guests are located on the beach where is almost impossible to enter the waters because of the huge rocks. Overall the level of this facility does not match the price at all. The rest of the guests we spoke to had exactly the same impressions. Don't be fooled by the photos on booking - these are the most expensive VIP villas and rooms. Also don't be fooled by the beach photos - only VIP guests have access to these.
1. We arrive on 2pm and still take me 2 hours to check in 2. Poor English almost no one speak English 3. wet bed also not clean 4. Loud music all night until 12 5. Poor food 6.poor service
The grounds were really nice and our room was fabulous! My son liked the water slides and the pools. The specialty restaurants were good, and the waiter we had at both the Mediterranean Restaurant and the Turkish Restaurant was very professional and personable.
The service wasn’t very good. The staff didn’t go out of their way to help, or even smile in most cases. The music was extremely loud at night, and we found it difficult to sleep. There were six specialty restaurants, but only one or two were open at a time. This may be due to the low season, but this was not mentioned to us on the website or during the check in process. We also found the hours of the water slides to be lacking. The slides unexpectedly closed at lunch for two hours and closed for the day at 4:00. This may again be due to the low season, but it was unexpected and seemed strange since so many families were there, and wanting to use the slides. We were told we were eligible to order room service with our VIP status, but told we could order soup, but a sandwich would cost extra. It was unclear to us why some things were excluded when we paid for the VIP extras. We ended up at the buffet most of the time, which seemed a little tired. The table cloths were dirty and old, and the napkin holders were dirty and broken. The food was very repetitive, and the buffet was not a place we looked forward to eating, but did not have much choice. Overall, the look of the property was great, but the staff and the food left us feeling dissatisfied.
Nestled on the beach, this Kemer property is 1.7 mi (2.7 km) from Beldibi Beach Park and 3.1 mi (4.9 km) from DinoPark. Kemer Merkez Bati Public Beach and Goynuk Canyon are also within 9 mi (15 km).
