PROS: Staff will do what they can to make your stay comfortable, and they went out of their way to help us with early check-in, as my partner was being discharged from hospital! It is a great location (close to hospital and downtown); secure; and, it is at an incredible price point. It is not fancy; but, with good WiFi, generally clean rooms (some, albeit tired), free parking, and a simple, free breakfast - what more can one ask at this price? Room 12 had two queen beds; two chairs and a table, fridge and a microwave. Shower with full tub. Decent TV and channels and great Wifi. Make sure to get to know Ken (the night auditor) as he is a great guy and very helpful!CONS: Room 12 - two queen beds. The switch for bathroom and adjacent sink and coat rack alcove, is one and the same as the fan so it won't work as a night light [ we travel with one of our own so it wasn't a big issue ]; but, turning it on creates a lot of bright light and A LOT OF of noise! All that really needs to be done is to wire the bathroom/fan, and the sink alcove to different switches, or different flips on the same switch! Simple really. This room does need new carpet, as it is quite stained and detracts from the overall room, and the deadbolt on the door should be reinstalled! Missing was any info on local restaurants, nearest pharmacy etc., as well as instructions on how to find the TV guide/channel lineup etc. - even if it were just printed on paper, a "room guide and instructions" would be most helpful. :-)
