Cons:I had reserved a car but when I arrived there were no cars available. Paid money for the insurance. Hope it was not credited to my card. The reservation went over kayaks website.
Pros:The staff was great and got me going very quickly!
Cons:Intermediate cars are a lot smaller than I thought. But the trip was good, went for inexpensive got inexpensive. Car was almost new and reliable.
Pros:The staff where very polite and attentive to our needs. Will be back next year for another rental.
Pros:I was served by a guy named Todd he did a great job explaining everything. A real gentleman we will rent from them again
Pros:When I rented my vehicle the initial experience wasn’t the greatest. I express d that to the young lady that bright me to my car. I had no idea she was going to do what she did. I had a different drop off than pick up. When I dropped my vehicle off they had waived some fees. I was more than pleasantly surprised
Pros:Absolutely friendly service, vehicle clean and ready. Pleasant staff to work with. Not one complaint. And the price was fabulous.

Cons:Did not have a vehicle available for me. The only vehicle on the lot had expired tags. Ended up paying double my quoted rate at a different rental agency in order to get a vehicle.
Pros:The rental car itself was ok.
Cons:Kayak booked my reservation 30 minutes away from the airport. When this was determined by the staff at Hertz Detroit airport, they were unwilling to help arrive at a solution. I had to leave the Hertz area and book through Thrifty/Dollar in order to obtain a rental car. Additionally, the area where I needed to work with the Hertz Detroit airport representative was in a closed in space, making me less comfortable during COVID.
Cons:Rented car on website til Saturday night.. when I checked in I was not told about how they charge til Monday no matter what and that there is no after hour drop off .. she did not extend the rental until Monday instead she told me to call Saturday to do it.. called Saturday and spoke to Angela and found out I can’t extend over The phone because I rented from kayak and I would have to come in Monday when I drop off and get the late fee waved. Just felt like this was a run around and won’t go to kayak or hertz again to rent a care.
Pros:They promised I didn't get charged, they didn't have my car

Pros:The Ladies that work the counter at the Clinton Township, MI-office are multitasking queens! They always smiled, joked, complimented and acted fast. One girl was helping 4 of us at one time, kept everyone smiling and had 2 guys in the office behind her just sitting around with coffee! That would have pissed me off if she wasn't to fast and friendly! All of the customers were laughing! Great Job!!!
Cons:Confused on weather I had insurance with Kayak or not-so I paid for insurance at Hertz. The reservation wasn't clear and I could not get into my phone fast enough with the long line. I still don't know if I had double coverage-did I?
