Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's pool and some found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, many were disappointed with the location, noting it was far from the beach and not as advertised. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting poor housekeeping and even bed bugs. Service was also criticized for being unfriendly or unhelpful at times, though a few guests found the staff pleasant. Overall, while some appreciated the value and amenities, significant concerns were raised about cleanliness, service, and misleading information about the hotel's location.AI-generated from customer reviews
