Great service and location!
Great location and great staff! The room was clean with a large TV!
Excellent facility in a great location. Food nearby and easily accessible. Perfect location on the Reedy River, with easy access to the Swamp Rabbit trail, park, etc.
Pros (+) We've been to plays at the Peace Center 3 times and we always stay across town at the Sheraton so it was a nice surprise to find a nice hotel w/great staff, closer location, great complimentary breakfast (one of the comps we loved about Sheraton) and breakfast staff. Great room, beds and comfort. Already making plans for our next stay.
Cons (-) I didn't like that when I changed my reservation from 2 days to 1 day the price went up $10 because supposedly my room was no longer available. Also, although we found a table right away at breakfast it was a little cramped and limited seating at breakfast rush hour. Also I wish the staff had a broader knowledge about eating places besides just pointing us across the street.
