Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are highly polarized. Many guests were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness, citing issues such as mold, dirt, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained rooms. Several guests also mentioned problems with service, including lack of staff presence, unhelpful responses, and difficulties with check-in or amenities like TV and parking. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, comfortable beds, and especially the good value for price. A few reviewers found the hotel suitable for short stays or praised recent renovations and friendly staff. Overall, while the hotel is budget-friendly and well-located, cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns for many guests.
