Staff were amazing!! Got upgraded to a nicer room free of charge because it was available. The room was beautiful, got a great night's sleep, breakfast was super, best selection we've had so far in Vietnam. Can't compliment the staff highly enough...Kylie, Liam, Mia....wonderful people!

We were very happy with this hotel. Great family room and breakfast and excellent location for the lake and the night market etc. Definitely take advantage of the excellent in-hotel spa and massage, an absolute bargain at 30% off in the morning.
