Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for exploring the city and close to key attractions. Some guests mention clean and spacious rooms, and a few highlight friendly staff. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, unprofessional staff, and issues with cleanliness in some rooms. Several reviews also mention that the hotel does not offer good value for the price, with some guests feeling that the facilities and amenities do not match the cost. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service and value are areas of concern.
