Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for Sani Pass tours and nearby attractions. Some staff members are noted as friendly and accommodating, with a few standout individuals mentioned by name. However, many reviews express disappointment with the overall service, citing unhelpful management and poor responsiveness to guest concerns. Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dusty rooms, mold, and inadequate housekeeping. The WiFi is frequently criticized for being unavailable in rooms despite being advertised, and bed comfort is often described as poor, with complaints about old, squeaky, or uncomfortable beds. While the property has potential and some positive aspects, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
