Pros (+) + Very friendly and helpful staff + Big, clean and good quality room and bathroom + Fast wifi and TV with English channels + Good location on the river and 10-15 min walk to Ancient Town and Night Markets
Cons (-) - Not fault of the hotel, but there is major construction going on next door which is a pain to walk around (Dec 2016) - Breakfast options could be better, limited without proper supplies
