Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient and central location. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, with multiple mentions of unpleasant odors, dirty bathrooms, and issues like mold or pests. Breakfast offerings were widely criticized for lack of variety and quality. Bed comfort was also a recurring negative, with complaints about hard or lumpy beds and poor pillows. Overall, while the location stands out as a positive, several key aspects of the stay did not meet guest expectations.AI-generated from customer reviews
