Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some rooms with excellent views. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, disappointing breakfast, and a general lack of value for the price paid. Several guests mentioned run-down facilities, unhelpful staff, and problems such as lack of towels, old furniture, and maintenance issues. While a few guests found the staff to be friendly and the location accessible, the overall impression is negative due to recurring problems with cleanliness, service, and amenities.
