Great stag for breakfast!!!
Front desk staff! Correct but nothing more
Everything was ok, but if you drive a car and use the parking is not the best place. The parking is very small and to acces the parking you have to pass an other enterprise and one of the days they block me the acces. Except for this, the hotel and the personal is very good.
The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. All of the hotel employees went out of their way to help. We HIGHLY recommend The a Ritz Hotel. It’s also budget friendly.
I would have preferred two twin beds instead of a queen.
Our stay in Jerusalem turned out to be in a Palestine area of Jerusalem, Did this worry us, no it gave us a chance to see another way of life. On arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist name Sarah, although pronounce diffidently, The receptionist was so helpful it was a pleasure to ask her questions. Once in the room we were happy with it, and a nice size balcony to sit and gaze at Jerusalem. The room is air conditioned, flat screen television, safe, fridge and easy to walk around with suitcases lying around. Breakfast is included-and Jamal the head chef and crew go out of there way to please. There also is a bar and in the afternoon as the sun goes down, take a beer to the roof top and watch the sun set
The shower was a little small and if you have your back to the tap and bend over you would turn the tap off. Maybe I am a little larger than the average.
Overall - great stay. Would stay again. Staff were very helpful and welcoming from the second we arrived. Breakfast was ideal with a hot section, cereal, coffee, fruit etc. It’s a 10 minute walk north of herods/Damascus gate of the old city. There’s a roof terrace where you can relax.
A stay at Ritz Hotel Jerusalem places you in the heart of Jerusalem, within a 10-minute walk of Rockefeller Museum and Garden Tomb. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
