Great location (view of the mountains is fantastic).Good concierge staff
Housekeeping facilities should be improved (used glasses are only removed when you tell!!) Missing bathrobes in the room.Telephone system for inhouse use (reception-roomservice) is not functioning automatically with one button.No proffessional business center facility.The computers are mainly used by kids to play games!! I had to wait for 30 minutes to use the computer SPA staff can not speak English Service in the restaurant can be converted to Alacart-limited alternatives for guests who does not eat pork

The spa area and the location was perfect . the rooms were very nice and the breakfast was perfect . the buildings of the hotel are perfect.
The children play ground had one girl if she took a child to the wc nobody was with the children left in the room. The new year gala was very poor programmed and table planned and the band was not very cheerful however the manager tried to do his best by changing the tables . we expected more for such a hotel especially for the gala. The employees need more experience
