Sea view was very nice and being low season we had the pool nearly to ourselves. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.
Only 5 minutes from Patong but taxis will charge you 300 - 400 bht. It's also on a mountainside so have to be driven around in golf buggies. No dividers between balconies so good luck with the neighbours !

The dinner at the restaurant was really good! A lot of different options and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The pool bar is also really nice and relaxing. The view from the pool is so pretty!
They told me to download an app ‘Handigo’ To help with any needs I had. I used the app to contact reception but I never got a reply.. the phone in my room also did not work so I could not contact reception again.

The staff were nice as was the infinity pool view. However, I feel the photos make the accomodation look better than it actually is on booking.com. it all seems a bit misleading!
The roof to our room leaked on the 2nd night. We were swapped to another room but this had a flappy roof panel next door which banged all night in the wind and was very loud! Overall the rooms are quite old and bland, they feel low quality for a 4*. We have stayed in much nicer places in Phuket for the same price or less.
