Cons: Entertainment system needs the ability to have closed captions in English. It’s in Chinese all the time—can’t even turn it off. The sound system is very poor so captions would help.

Pros: Smooth take off and duration in air, and the most seamless landing I have ever experience.

Cons: Have sufficient blanks and headsets. I had head set but there were not compatible with port.

Pros: The Q-suite is exceptionally comfortable and the door really does make a difference. I usually have difficulty sleeping but the isolation from aisle traffic and ambient noise reduction was enough to allow some very good sleep. Staff experience was also exceptional - friendly and highly competent, looking to go the extra mile. Food was great and full menu available upon request.

Cons: My 2 checked suitcases had tsa locks, both of which were taken off and not returned and I have a couple items missing. Not much you can do about it but very frustrating.

Cons: We have a 4 month old and we were the first ones to check in but all bassinet seats were booked. No one was even using them for bassinets. Not sure if they paid extra for those seats to have leg room but we had to hold the baby for 15 hours. They couldn’t do anything for us.
