Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions about this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the hotel's location, food variety, and pool, with some mentioning good value for the price. However, there are consistent complaints about poor service, lack of cleanliness, and issues with amenities such as the beach, sun loungers, and room maintenance. Some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced rudeness and inattentiveness. Cleanliness, especially in rooms and dining areas, was a common concern. The pool and food selection were generally seen as positives, but recurring problems with service and hygiene affected overall satisfaction.
