Overall, guests are very positive about the hotel's central location, stylish design, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is often described as good or delicious, with a nice variety and some complimentary extras like free minibar and coffee. Many appreciate the modern atmosphere and creative touches throughout the hotel. However, there are repeated complaints about noise, some cleanliness and odor issues, impractical room layouts, and occasional problems with breakfast service or parking. Despite some drawbacks, most guests find the hotel comfortable and recommend it for its convenience and welcoming environment.
