Cons (-) I had to stay an extra night for business. That day the staff kept pestering me about checking out. Three different ladies either came to my door or called me down to the lobby because they couldn't find my records. Not one, not two, but three. Elizabeth especially had a bad attitude about it. But nobody came to clean the room.
