It¿s close to all the restaurants
Would have like more then 2 coffees at a time specially since we were there for 3 nights. A different variety of teas. But over all very nice experience
Location on the waterfront, kitchen in rooms and comfortable beds.
Parking is ridiculously overpriced. $25 per day plus tax is too much. Parking bill at the end of our stay was the only low point about the hotel. $15 was appropriate. Excuses about other hotels being comparable doesn't cut it. They are overpriced also!
When we booked a harbour view room and paid more we got a view of the condos
Close to water, downtown and easy to get to
Elevators took a bit longer...but covid days had limitations on how many in elevator at once.
The pet fee is the highest I have ever seen. I probably won’t be staying here in the future
NOTHING, IT WAS THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD, ITS A RIP OFF, PAYING FOR FULL PRICE ON A HALF OPEN HOTEL, CRAP BREAKFAST, FILTHY ROOMS WITH BUGS, MANAGER DOESNT CARE, WHY WOULD HE THEY HAVE YOUR NON REFUND RESERVATION, STAY AT THE DELTA ITS REALLY NICE.
daily parking fee of $25 for the privilege of parking at the hotel, continental breakfast is 2 slices of cheap white bread, a yogurt, piece of fruit and boiled eggs filthy plates in dishwasher and earwigs, pool use is 20 mins. dirty serious virus concerns.
beutiful location, and a nice overall location. Very close to everything happening downtown.
When we arrived, we found a dirty pair of something (I didn't look that closely) in the closet. Towel rack and toilet paper holder were ready to fall off the wall. In fact, the towel rack did fall off on my wife when she tried to put a towel on it.
