Guests say
Guest experiences at this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, the cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and the well-maintained garden. However, a significant number of reviews reported negative experiences, especially regarding the service, with complaints about rude or unprofessional staff and strict or inconvenient policies (such as inflexible check-in/out times). Cleanliness was also criticized by several guests, with reports of poor housekeeping and maintenance. The location was seen as inconvenient by some, and noise from the nearby road was a recurring issue. Overall, while some guests felt at home and enjoyed their stay, others were disappointed by service, cleanliness, and location.
