Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is close to malls, public transport, and local attractions. Many guests also appreciate the comfort of the beds and the overall room spaciousness. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, such as unclean towels, stained linens, and occasional pests. Noise from the street and poor sound insulation are also common concerns, especially for rooms facing the main road. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as inattentive. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and comfort, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
