9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very cozy, with nice !inens, The self-serve hot breakfast was good; I especially enjoyed the mixed fruit cup featuring a variety of fresh berries and stone fruits.
Cons: The bathroom could've been a little cleaner. There was dust/dirt on the bottom of the beadboard and dirty grout between the sink and the wall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were delightful, the room was quite comfortable, and the massage was fantastic.
Cons: The bed was a little TOO large for the space, so I barked my shin on it a couple of times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Family Hotel, Comfortable bed, friendly staff, walking distance to the center.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent homemade and hot breakfast. Also, I left a pair of pants in the closet, and after realizing it, contacted the hotel, and they sent them via overnight FedEx to arrive at my next hotel a day later, in time for me to proceed on the next leg of the trip.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent compared to any Hotel. very close to most anything in town... very quite, heard nothing all night long and the bed was very comfortable. My wife loved the bed! ample parking, conveniently in the front.
Cons: most any negatives would be nitpicking...Trash dumpster was in the front, not sure if a small wood wall would block it. maybe some upgrade just to bring a little more fresh, like hall wall pictures...

7.0 Good
Pros: Location & views !
Cons: Small room (#208). Open floor planks on balcony. No dresser for clothes. Breakfast was so-so.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, close to shop and restaurants. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Bigger refrigerator. Would of liked a king bed.
6.3 Good
Pros: Sitting area out side, very clean, good location in town, breakfast was good.
Cons: I stayed in room 203. I am still here. I was able to get my room early. Tried to nap but whatever was above me wad impossible to rest. Sounded like people were going to fall through the ceiling. The creakyness was horrible. Then there is no room darkening blinds. And the birds! It sounds like every bird in this city is here outside my window. Tried to go to bed early. Tons of loud movements doors closing and whatever above me till 2am. I maybe got 3 hours of sleep and the birds started and light barreling through the windows. They obviously dont want there guests sleeping in. Or at all. First time in my life to be at the breakfast first.

La Conner Country Inn - La Conner

8.9 Excellent (282 reviews)
C$ 234+
Overview Reviews

7.0 Good
Pros: Good location. Large rooms.
Cons: The darkest room I have ever stayed in. One very small window only and dark walls made it a room we din't want to spend more time than necessary in. Also poorly insulated so very noisy when neighbours got up earlier or just stopped by outside to exchange a few words.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Our understanding was that this was a pet friendly hotel, however, when we arrived and were given a room we received a phone call from the front desk telling us that we couldn't have the room with a pet. The receptionist then threatened us with a hundred and fifty dollar fine just for taking our pet into that particular room. Then they couldn't find us another room with a king sized bed as we'd requested and we ended up in a double queen room and had to fight with them again because they wanted to charge us another one hundred and fifty dollars as the new room cleaning fee. During this entire time we were made to wait in the lobby for an hour by very rude staff and a manageress wouldn't come and talk to us in person. We asked for our money back so we could leave but were informed that wasn't possible because it wasn't company policy. The bottom line is that the staff (who were later called "The worst half of our staff" by another staff member) should not be in the service industry; their attitude was disgusting and did nothing to compensate for the dank and smelly rooms that we paid an extortionate amount of money for. Needless to say my wife and I were upset by this and it absolutely ruined our anniversary celebration. We won't be coming back to this hotel and we will be writing a letter to the hotel owner in Laconner so he understands whtat's going on in his absence.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were able to accommodate us for an early check in to get ready for a wedding we had at 4pm!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quaint and comfortable Inn. Great breakfast and a perfect location in La Conner.
Cons: We had a little trouble with the TV but someone came to fix it right away.
6.3 Good
Pros: We expected a better outlook. Lighting was poor. Too high price for what we got.
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked that it was central. I think had the office saw that we were a little older , they would have offered us a room on the bottom floor. I guess the breakfast was sufficient but I thought it could have been better, more like a B.& B. We had just come from Saratoga Inn in Langley and it was superb.
Cons: I thought because we were staying at the Inn we would have had a coupon or something to go to the Oyster and Thistle Restaurant. It would have been an incentive when there are so many other places to eat. We thought it was high priced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved everything about this comfy, cozy place. Very close to all the shops and restaurants in town too. Plus the staff was wonderful and so helpful! We will be back!!7
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, walking distance to everything in town. Being pet friendly is a huge bonus. Also, the nominal fee that I was charged for a dog was not bad at all. Some hotels are pet friendly but charge a hefty fee to accommodate your request.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The location couldn't be better. The staff was pleasant. A publicly available charging station for electric cars was within walking distance.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
