Pros. They provided us an early check-out when requested. The staff was very pleasant, amenable and overall a great experience!
Cons. When housekeeping shows up (if you don't remember to put a "do no disturb" sign on). By default they should come whenever it's time to check-out, not at 9:30AM.
Pros. Room size is great for the suites. Pool is big and nice.
Cons. Used to be my go to hotel for staycations but staff really declined. Not sure if due to COVID but staff turnover really turned for the worse with this hotel. Rude and honors membership not recognized.
