Pros:New room with new furnishings, very clean within the room itself, new tile and modern feel throughout
Cons:Common areas under full construction, not clean exteriors to allow for walking or enjoyment to sit on patio; hallway tile missing with use of plastic as barrier

Pros:They are going through renovations but they accommodated me very well.
Cons:I missed having a restaurant for breakfast, but it was understandable during renovations.

Pros:I never write reviews but feel compelling to do so in this instance. Hotel was extremely dirty and had awful musty smell. The staff was rude. No air conditioning in the 80-90 degree temps. Ice machines not working. To make matters worse, hotel was evacuated due to water main break and roofs collapsing. We booked room due to it being pet friendly but I wouldn't bring anyone in my family or recommend to anyone ever. I would have rather stayed in my car.

Pros:Staff did their best to accommodate. Facilities as far as indoor pool, kids play room, venue for competition (reason for trip) ended up not getting charged for room due to so many issues. Hotel has so much potential. Such a shame. I hope management get their act together.
Cons:Rooms had NO heat! Dated rooms. No working ice machines in whole hotel. Restaurant was extremely slow for a salad, chicken fingers and quesadilla took an hour. Bathroom tub/shower and curtain yuck. Drapes in room did not close. Sheers only! Phone in room did not work.

Pros:We liked the location.
Cons:The thermostat in the room did not work so they had to bring a heater. Upon checking in they stated the water pressure was low so they could give us a refund if we chose. The pool was only half full which they had to close because a child got sick in it. Room servce charged fees and added in tips.
