Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near the airport, comfortable beds, and quality breakfast options. However, several reviews mention issues with service, such as unhelpful staff, lack of information, and problems with reservations. Noise from adjoining rooms and insufficient soundproofing are also noted as negatives. Overall, while the hotel is appreciated for its proximity to the airport and some amenities, improvements in service and noise insulation are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) I made the mistake of not knowing this was in the Le Mesnil Amelot area and went to the Roissy-en-France one first. The staff at both the Campanile hotels were helpful and got us to where we needed to be. We only spent 4 hours here, but it was nice and fairly quiet. Close to the airport.
Pros (+) Shuttle was convenient, and room and bathroom were clean. Staff was cordial and gave me helpful shuttle info right away. Overall, I got exactly what I came for- a cheap stay that saved me from battling metro traffic at 4am.
Cons (-) Bed and pillows was pretty uncomfortable ; if you have a hard time sleeping, they may give you trouble. Slow drain in the sink.
