Pros (+) Great location, well-sized room and overall great value for money.
Cons (-) There were dirty (sandy) spots on the carpet that weren't cleaned neither before my arrival nor after the first day. TV in my room didn't work.

Pros (+) 1 of the best hotels I've stayed in, in leeds. For a large group of us, check in was quick and easy. Rooms were everything we could ask for. All staff very friendly
