Lovely room, lots of goodies!
Creaky floors! (18th century property).
Well presented B&B
Sue and Jim were excellent hosts. There if needed but left us alone to get on with our stay. Lovely clean b&b in an old building with lots of character features. The rooms were comfortable with tea, coffee etc plus biscuits and chocolates which is a lovely touch. Breakfast was also first class with a choice of cereals, toast and full cooked breakfast. We will definitely return when in the area.
The tea in the bedroom was not to my taste but that is just personal to me.
Loverly clean place and people nice and welcoming and excellent breakfast
Great full-english breakfast using local produce + homemade bread...all beautifully presented with a smile!
Charming & delightful 18th century cottage (formerly The Sun Inn) with accommodation on three floors. Wealth of exposed beams and traditional features with all modren facilities incl. wi-fi access. Located in conservation area of village, very close to Bosworth Battlefield and Mallory Park Race Track. Restaurants, pubs and shops all within walking distance. Four star Visit Britain award. The property is a great place to escape the pressures of modern life. The south facing property is entered from Main Street along a pretty cobbled garden path passing between Yew trees into a hall with the wide staircase leading to the two upper floors where the roomy ensuite bedrooms are located. The living farmhouse kitchen with inglenook and original exposed beams is entered off the hallway. This room has large French doors leading out to a patio area for leisurely alfresco evenings.
