The hotel is attractive and unusual. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and demi-pension is good value.
The towels in the bathroom could be bigger and fluffier but if that pushed up the cost it would be better to leave well alone. Many hotels with fluffy towels are bland and lack individuality.

Excellent en suite room with spacious balcony and view over the surrounding fields and wooded hills. Homely atmosphere and good practical ecology. The rear garden is a delightful mixture .
Since the meals here have a very good reputation we were disappointed to find no evening meal could be provided on one of our two night's stay.
