Pros: First of all, location was very good. About 30-40 m. from the beach. Also i liked my sea view room and meal in the restaurant. Staff was good too except one old bald man at reception.

Pros: Go there! A lovely hotel with smiling, welcoming staff and lots to do. Indoor and outdoor pools, games room, book swap, animations etc. Our (spotless) apartment for 4 was spacious and airy, with small oven, double hob and fridge. A twin bedded room and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Huge sliding windows for lots of light and a big balcony with enough space to eat. Bathroom was well equipped, it also had a nice sized bath. The man who showed us to our room noticed that the light in our hallway didn't work and before we could unpack, the maintenance man had arrived and changed it. Nice carparking area and within walking distance of the main street, shops and beach. We'd thoroughly recommend Encantada and will definitely go back there.

Pros: Space and Price. There was plenty of room for our 3 boys to run around just in the room, and the indoor pool was a big hit. I could also see that in warmer months, the outdoor activities would be fun. Also, Gail at reception was a real gem!

Pros: The hotel is very close to the centre of Lloret De Mar. The staff were of very good help with a good variety of items for breakfast. If you are travelling by car, this hotel offers a parking facility (main reason why I booked at this hotel)

Pros: This hotel is listed as 4 star - I don't think it's quite up to 4-star standard, however it IS great value for money, spotlessly clean and located a mere stone's throw from the lovely Fenals beach. We paid 47 euros for one night's half board for four people - the food was ok and plentiful but the coffee in the buffet area was undrinkable!! Still, a small price to pay for such good value. We had free parking along a quiet parallel street and everything is in walking distance. Our only complaint was that the advertised family room for 2 adults+2 children' was, in fact a double room with two fold out beds - there wasn't room to swing a cat! It was ok for one night but no longer. Overall we got more than we expected for the price we paid.

Pros: Lunch and dinner were fine – a good value for the money. The cleaning lady took a really good care of our room which has been perfectly clean at all the time. Unlike most of the other stuff in the hotel, she was very polite and pleasant. Another thing that we appreciated were the evening shows organized by the hotel which are very convenient and nice way of entertainment especially if you are not in a mood of going in the city.
