Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for sightseeing and city access. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty, dated, and poorly maintained. Service is often criticized as unfriendly or unhelpful, with some guests experiencing issues at check-in or with staff responsiveness. Value for price is also a common concern, with several guests feeling the quality does not match the cost. Room sizes are generally considered adequate, but the overall condition and amenities fall short of expectations.
