Do not book here! They will scam you. We booked this hotel a year in advance for Kentucky Derby weekend 2022. We confirmed the reservation with the hotel front desk several times in the months leading up to the Kentucky Derby. Pros (+) I typically do not leave reviews, but I thought this hotel deserved it. First the staff was excellent, well mannered, and super helpful. check in/out was fast. Overall the hotel and the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable (& clean) breakfast was good, and the pool was not to hot or cold...very relaxing place and the price was unbeatable. Cons (-) The only thing I wasn't to pleased with was when checking out I was charged $25.00...the lady a the front desk said it would be returned but still yet to receive it. Other than that it was awesome.

Cons (-) The bed was less than a foot from the AC unit with the air aimed directly at my head the entire night.. Turning it off wasn't an option as it was 90+ in Louisville. The AC unit filter must have not been cleaned in years as after the second night, I woke up with a terrible sore throat and cough from what I assume is bacteria particles in the air. Terrible experience..
