Our stay at the Hotel Ebusch was a complete delight.....the minute we walked into Reception we were greeted with a friendly welcome.....a smile and most helpful information about what is on in Lubbenau when and where! The guy at reception was interested in where we'd come from and where we were going.....this friendly welcome and personal interest in our travels and our interests went a long way to making our stay in the hotel and in Lubbeck so enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful.....and a special house health juice drink a special treat! Coffee was great and hot! The room.....twin share was great....enough room for two of us to move around....the other twin share room was quite spacious.....bathroom was compact but worked well. We were really reluctant to leave....we'd enjoyed the hospitality from the hotel plus the central location and Lubbenau itself that we wished we'd booked for a few more nights.....we'd definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Ebusch.....treat yourself to a delightful experience! Great value for money!

the Golden Room is a glorified former attic flat with low ceilings, narrow spaces and many lamps to create the illusion of ' space' ( not very successful I hasten to add - only mirrors will really do that!) there are no balconies . there's is an overall ( fake) Versace design feel to it, it doesn't quite pull off ( only real wood furniture will do that not the plywood they use). The bed is super comfortable and the bedding is top quality. The shower room continues the fake Versace touch but is rather dangerous - the black tiles are slippery like hell when you come out of the walk-in shower and there's not much of a drainage so the water spills out onto the bathroom floor. No slippers are provided and the toiletry is mediocre at best. There is no lift. The property is listed as a 4star hotel but it's really only a 3star bed&breakfast. I'm not sure how they got to be a 'hotel', since hotels have to have a lift among other things. It's not worth the money and is misleading in its listing.
