Ants in the room. Chipped up vanity stain on the couch 2 towels instead of 3 and the toilet was not flushed.It had feces in it.
Location was perfect! The room was absolutely spectacular!
Was a little disappointed that the receptionist did not tell us anything about the hotel, knowing we were not from the area. She did not tell us breakfast time or anything about evening reception, no WIFI information, nothing!

We were assigned a "handicapped suite" instead of the king. OK. But, if that was for the handicapped, it was poorly done! Not a shower, a tub with a pull-down seat. Only ONE mirror in the whole suite (except mirror doors in the poorly lighted bedroom)
It was a smoking room and was terrible. The itinerary did not show it would be smoking, and it was a terrible night.

Carpet was stained in the hallways in many spots (bleach?). There was a light out in my bathroom that could not be replaced/repaired due to a missing part. Made it hard to see in the mirror. Internet was difficult to navigate to connect.
