Location is really great to explore Madaba by foot, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition (we really appreciated the in-room fridge and balcony), beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was also very well, hot water available. Neighborhood is really not crowded at night. Parking is just behind the hotel where we always found the space, so, yep. Recommended. Madaba itself is a great location for those who have a car, as Dead Sea / Amman / Jerash / airport are very easy accessible (and by "easy" I mean all of those are less than an hour of drive, to airport it's approx 30 minutes).
Maybe kettle & tea in room would be nice, but... It's not really a minus.

(1) It's easy to find a praking space in front of or behind the hotel. (And the cost is you need to walk ~10 mins from this hotel to the historical area of this city) (2) There's a 24 hours open modern pharmacy within 5 mins walking distance. This really saved my travel mate who was ill.
(1) The washbasin in the bath room is too large which make the door can only half open... It's ridiculous. (2) There are 3 remote controlls in the room (2 TVs and 1 air conditioner), 2 oof them in our room are out of battery...

The smell in the room was disguisting The shared ‘kitchen’ was horrible: dirty, no cutlery, located in the basement,... The floor was very dirty
