el servicio y disposición de su Gerente Jean Carlos dan mucho que desear. Ninguna empatía con nosotros durante la Estadía y cero ánimos de colaborar aun cuando el error y la situación fue creada por ustedes. Los demás empleados y sobre todo los que entraban a Trabajar después de Jean Carlos siempre estuvieron atentos, dispuestos y con buena actitud para los Clientes. Es inaceptable que nos haya sacado de nuestro cuarto el día 18 de Nov y en lugar de haber coordinado para pasar de nuestro cuarto al próximo, nos haya hecho empacar, bajar al Lobby a las 12 y hacernos esperar hasta las 3 pm para hacer check in nuevamente. Es inaceptable que mi Cantante no haya podido subir a dejar su bulto en mi cuarto y proceder a salir, Pq no amenazo con cobrar 90,000 cop si subía. Aun cuando eran las 12 pm y se le indicó que a las 3 pm mi cantante iba a hacer check in en otro cuarto. Siempre estuvo en actitud confrontativa. Esto es una situación incómoda No volveremos cercanamente a hospedarnos en su Hotel.
