Good pool and breakfast!
Be carefull with young women, because our daughter of 18 years old had a unpleasant expercience with one of the staff members. In the evening she was sitting by the pool, and one of the staff members tried to make contact with her on an unpleasant way. He proposed to go to the desert together in the night, and when she refused he did not stop and even touched her hands and tried to pull her towards him. Afterwards she did not feel safe anymore. Also we found the staff members a bit too pushy, they could have respected our privacy a little more. Tip for new guests: do not book camal or 4x4 or dinner at the Riad; in the village you can book tours for half the price.
- good location right next to Sahara - swimming pool
I used their laundry service. They damaged my t-shirt which got completely ruined by some orange color. Their approach was very unprofessional. First of all I had to ask them whether my laundry is done. Then they brought them to me but after recounting the number of pieces I told them I'm missing one t-shirt. They deliberately didn't bring it hoping I won't notice. After I told them they said "ohh yeah wait a minute". Then they brought my damaged t-shirt and smiled. They didn't want to take any responsibility at all. They didn't even say sorry at the first place. Fortunately it wasn't any expensive t-shirt. It was H&M black t-shirt which is priced around 83 dirham. They said it is too expensive that in Morocco the t-shirt is 20 dirham. At the end they told me I don't need to pay for the rest of the laundry which would be 48 dirham. I don't care about the remaining 35 dirham but I hate their approach. First hiding it and then refusing to take responsibility or anything.
Rich breakfast nice pool.
Hotel is located at the side of desert, but there are some camp near by , not clear for photos.
Fantastic from the time of arrival all the staff were attentive and very, very helpful arranged sunrise camel trek who arrived on time 0515 and was an excellent experience. Breakfast was ready on our return a banquet of eggs, breads, cakes and fresh orange juice. Had one evening meal beef and prune tajine cooked to order and well worth it. The Riad is just the other side of town right on the edge of the dunes. It is well sign posted, easy to find. The pool at this place was the gem and as the temperature hit 43 it was very welcome. Would rate this Riad one of the best we have stayed in. It’s a no brained - book it
The staff was great, many greeting to Simo! Beautiful Riad with a great pool where we spend the most of our time. Great view to Sahara. Very good breakfast and food in general.
The weather will be burning so be prepared :D
