Pros:So many different amenities around the facility. Very fun and always something to do.
Cons:The inside hot tub was not warm at all. Matter of fact it was colder than the pool.

Pros:I like the theme. The room was clean, cozy and European feeling. The staff was warm and helpful, even checking in at 11:30 at night!
Cons:Though the place was cozy, it did seem a bit dated. New carpet would go a long way!

Pros:I loved how close the location was to the outdoor winter activities we had planned. The resort is surrounded by beautiful mountainous scenery. The hotel offers free valet as well. The amenities that were available were nice too.. The gym had a vast amount of equipment and even a dance studio section with mirrors. There was also a sauna, and a steam room (was out of order). The resort also has an indoor pool, and a hot tub. Lastly, the hotels resort fee was under $20 a day, doable compared to most places.
Cons:The rooms look old and worn down, and one of the queen beds in the room had some staining on it. The second bed would creek when someone even 50 lbs (my child for example) would sit on it. I informed the front desk receptionist of the issue, but housekeeping never came up to change out those sheets. Nor did maintenance check on the bed.The restaurant on site wasn’t the best, and as to be expected was overpriced.

Pros:Overall our stay was just okay. When we arrived at the hotel we were told our room wouldn't be ready for a minute and that we would be contacted once it was made sure that it had been cleaned. Check in is at 4 pm and it was 4:15. 30 minutes later I went back to the front desk and it was clear he has forgotten us. Some other unsatisfactory marks for an uncomfortable king bed and low water pressure in the shower made me feel like I could have stayed at a days inn for this service and level of comfort. Would not return for the price paid.

Cons:Did not like to discover at check out that they charge $15.00 a day for resort fees. This should be covered up front and let you know. When I asked the front desk manager about this, he seemed a little miffed, and stated that I could stay at the Homestead next year when I come back with the large group. This would be the hotel across the street. Not a very pleasant way to handle a very logical question. Their front desk staff and reservation department I would not rank above a C. They are very slow in returning their calls when you have a concern. I am used to reservation departments that answer your question quickly.
